Lisa brings more than two decades of senior living and healthcare experience to GlynnDevins, overseeing all market research and healthcare consulting for the agency. She directs our team of research experts in the areas of custom qualitative and quantitative research, market demand and feasibility studies, and resident and employee satisfaction measurement. Lisa has a strong track record of success in the senior living field, and her experience in data-driven research is instrumental in providing meaningful insights that drive brand and business strategies for our clients.

Prior to joining GlynnDevins in 2019, she was a Principal at Dixon Hughes Goodman, where she worked with senior living and post-acute care providers, hospitals and health systems to develop and implement strategies to succeed as health care delivery evolves from fee-for-service (volume) to risk- and performance-based payment models (value). Lisa serves on the Board of Trustees for the National Benevolent Association (NBA), a faith-based organization that helps provide affordable housing, children and family services, advocacy for older adults and more for the underprivileged.
