Harrogate and their hard-to-spell, fun-to-say campaign.

Harrogate, a Life Care community in Lakewood, New Jersey, wanted a campaign that shook up people’s notions of retirement living — and got people to take a fresh look at Harrogate.

We created Harrogatunity: where your opportunity and our community meet. We rolled out their new campaign on TV, social media, direct mail, PR and online (it’s even on their new bus wrap).

Overall, response to the community’s direct mail exceeded 3% in 2016. (industry-wide, 1% response rate is considered remarkable).

We reached an estimated 22,568 people through our 2016 social media efforts.

Sales increased 27% since we launched the Harrogatunity campaign.

Our “Harrogatunity, defined” video helped bring the community’s personality to life. Video footage was later used for one in a series of a 30-second TV spots.

Harrogate’s bus is a great moving billboard. To give Harrogatunity more visibility outside the community, we developed an eye-catching bus wrap.
